1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
• We do not offer refunds for canceled orders.

Fadorie reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

• If the product is out of stock.
• If we detect fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• If there are pricing errors or system malfunctions.
• If the delivery location is beyond our serviceable areas.

In case of cancellation by Fadorie, customers will be notified via email or phone, and any payments made will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Prepaid Orders & Refunds

• If your prepaid order is canceled by us, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the customer.
