1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Sale items and undergarments are non-returnable.

2. Refund Policy

  • Online payments: If you paid online, you are eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): No cash refunds. You can exchange the product or get store credit.
  • Transaction failures: If a payment fails, it won’t be counted, and no deduction will occur.

3. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a defective/wrong item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
  • Size exchanges are allowed, but additional shipping charges may apply.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds take 5-10 business days after approval.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • If a return is requested beyond 7 days.
  • If the product is used, damaged, or missing tags.
  • If the return reason is based on personal preference rather than a defect.
